Tabitha Beinhower is the President and CEO of Beinhower Technology LLC. She holds a master’s degree in business law and brings a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, contract strategy, and risk management within technology-focused environments.

Her background supports Beinhower Technology’s work in government contracting by aligning technical implementations with legal, compliance, and operational requirements. She provides leadership across partner coordination, contract negotiations, and strategic execution to ensure reliable and accountable delivery.

Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Shawn Beinhower serves as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Beinhower Technology LLC. He brings more than 25 years of experience from construction, infrastructure, and technology-driven environments, with a strong foundation in operational leadership and safety-focused implementation.

Prior to co-founding Beinhower Technology, Shawn held executive roles including Chief Information Officer and Safety Director, where he led the integration of technology to support safety programs, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.

At Beinhower Technology, Shawn oversees operational execution, technology integration, and partner coordination, ensuring that solutions such as AI-enabled camera systems, safety platforms, and visual environments are implemented reliably and in alignment with project requirements.

Project Controls & Estimation

Ethan Scott serves `as Project Estimator at Beinhower Technology LLC, supporting project planning, cost estimation, and execution alignment for technology integration initiatives. He brings a strong foundation in technical systems and project coordination, allowing him to bridge operational requirements with accurate project scoping.

Ethan supports the Project Management Office by assisting with estimates, resource planning, and schedule coordination to ensure project objectives align with organizational and client requirements. His role contributes to consistent communication, disciplined execution, and successful delivery across government and infrastructure projects.

He holds a CompTIA Network+ certification and applies his technical background to support informed planning and implementation efforts across complex environments.

AI Solutions Partner

John Snider supports Beinhower Technology as an AI Solutions Partner, specializing in the application of artificial intelligence within camera and monitoring systems. He provides technical expertise in AI-enabled analytics, system design considerations, and solution alignment to support safety, situational awareness, and operational objectives.

John works in coordination with Beinhower Technology to ensure AI camera solutions are implemented in a secure, scalable, and mission-appropriate manner for government and infrastructure environments.

Physical Security & Video Wall Lead Partner

Robb Ritchey serves as Beinhower Technology’s lead partner for video wall and advanced visual display solutions. He brings extensive experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale visual and networked environments used in operations centers, command rooms, and mission-critical settings.

Robb’s background includes senior engineering roles supporting large-scale enterprise and government environments, including work with global technology organizations such as Cisco and Unisys. His experience spans secure infrastructure, networked systems, and operational visualization, providing a strong foundation for deploying reliable and scalable video wall solutions.

In his role with Beinhower Technology, Robb leads the technical design and implementation of video wall systems, ensuring alignment with security requirements, operational workflows, and long-term scalability for government and infrastructure projects.
